Yes! Please let us know prior to your arrival if you’ll need extra cots. If you are using one of our cots or fold-down couches, you need to bring your own linens for it.

Yes! Each tent has several outlets, a fan, and a gas fireplace.

If you’re feeling adventurous, you can make your own food at your tent site! There is a large 65qt RTIC cooler on the porch of your tent.
Please keep any food items off of the floor of the tent and bagged up when possible, this is the woods, so if mice smell food they'll find a way to it!

For the safety of our other guests and the forest we have a strict NO fireworks or firearms policy. If either are brought /used on-site you will be asked to leave.

Yes, outside of each tent there is a red hydrant you can draw safe drinking water from!

While we do our best to keep pests at bay, you may still encounter insects or local wildlife, as this is their natural home. Thankfully, they’re typically harmless and part of the authentic outdoor experience that makes your stay so special!

If you need to take shelter from a storm of any kind while on the property, our bath house is what we use as a storm shelter, hunker down in there if you feel uncomfortable at all and, if it's a severe storm, please share the space with other sheltering guests as needed and able, because we only have 3 rooms in the building

ALL of our structures, including The Birdbath are NON-SMOKING. Please smoke outside and discard your butts in the buckets or safely in the trash after extinguishing fully. A $50 cleaning charge will be charged if there's any evidence of smoking inside.

Each tent has a gas fireplace that keeps the tent cozy and warm!

Every tent has a private fire pit except for Tents 1 and 9.
All guests are welcome to use the fire pit in Main Camp, next to the gazebo, and the fire pit across the road from the Birdbath. You may use the fire wood stocked at these larger fire pit areas for your own personal fire pits!

We provide firewood at all of our shared fire pits. You are welcome to grab some from these stacks! Or if you see any downed wood, sticks or logs on the edge of the tree line, feel free to use that for firewood.

No, we have a fully on-grid bath house that has individual bathrooms with a shower, sink, and toilet. Make sure to bring towels, soap, and anything you'd need to enjoy getting sudsy out in nature.

Most likely, yes! The property is a shared property, meaning that others who rent with us might be staying there at the same time as you. We have 9 glamping tents and one cabin on our property.
