For the past few years, Kevin has led what’s been affectionately known as the OG Retreat (Old Guys).
In those gatherings, something became clear: many of those men were investing in and mentoring younger leaders in their 30s and 40s.
Naturally, the question emerged:
What would it look like to create a similar space specifically for them?
The result is the YG Retreat—a place for the next generation of leaders to be challenged, encouraged, and strengthened together.
